WHOLESALE POLICIES

Eligibility Requirements:
You (“the retailer”) must meet one of these criteria:

• Operate a physical store (with or without an online presence)

• Be an online-only seller with an established following

Prohibited Activities:

• Selling on third-party marketplaces (Etsy, eBay, Amazon)

• Purchasing for personal use

• Any unauthorized resale channels

Approval Process:
All buyers are carefully reviewed to:

• Verify business legitimacy

• Ensure brand fit
  We reserve the right to:

• Deny any application

• Cancel approved orders at our discretion

INVOICING
Payment invoices are issued in USD. Contact us to place wholesale orders.

PRICING

• All prices shown are in USD

• Exclusive to qualified retailers reselling in their store/website

• Promotional/volume orders don’t qualify for wholesale pricing but may receive discounts (inquire)

DISCOUNTS

• No additional discounts on already discounted wholesale prices

• Exceptions:

  • Special promotions

  • High-volume contracts (mutually agreed)

• Orders with unauthorized discount codes will be cancelled

PAYMENT TERMS
Full payment required before shipment.

• Retailers responsible for all import/duties

• FREE SHIPPING on all wholesale orders

FULFILLMENT

• Processed within 1-2 business days after payment

• We accept bulk B2B and wholesaler orders

DAMAGED ITEMS

• All items quality checked before shipping

• Inspect shipments immediately

• Report issues within 5 days of receipt
