RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
If you’d like to return an item to Grablly.com, please follow the instructions below within 30 days of delivery:
Safely pack the items in the original packaging that came with the product
All products must be returned in like-new condition
If the product received is damaged, please contact Customer Service first

Important Notes:
Shipments must be sent using a traceable method like USPS or insured mail
Customers don’t need to pay any fees to return products to us
Shipping costs will be reimbursed (we cannot accept cash on delivery)
You must provide a valid tracking number when submitting your return request
Regular products can be returned for refund, replacement, or store credit
Return Processing:
Once our fulfillment center receives and inspects your return (usually within 72 hours), you’ll receive a confirmation email. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days. Please note it may take 3-5 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Change of Mind:
We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days.

Refund Processing:
All refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned product. Processing may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account.
