Refund & Return Policy

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

If you’d like to return an item to Grablly.com, please follow the instructions below within 30 days of delivery:

  1. Safely pack the items in the original packaging that came with the product

  2. All products must be returned in like-new condition

  3. If the product received is damaged, please contact Customer Service first

Important Notes:

  • Shipments must be sent using a traceable method like USPS or insured mail

  • Customers don’t need to pay any fees to return products to us

  • Shipping costs will be reimbursed (we cannot accept cash on delivery)

  • You must provide a valid tracking number when submitting your return request

  • Regular products can be returned for refund, replacement, or store credit

Return Processing:
Once our fulfillment center receives and inspects your return (usually within 72 hours), you’ll receive a confirmation email. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days. Please note it may take 3-5 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.


REFUND POLICY

Returns:
We offer a 30-day return window for unused products in original condition. To initiate a return:

  2. No restocking fees apply

Exchanges:
For product exchanges, please contact us at Contact@grablly.com. Exchanges are free of charge.

Defective Items:
If your order arrives defective:

  1. Email us at Contact@grablly.com with photos of the product

  2. No need to return the item

  3. We’ll ship a replacement immediately

Wrong/Incorrect Items:
If you receive the wrong product:

  1. Email us at Contact@grablly.com with photos

  2. We’ll provide a return shipping label

  3. Once tracked, we’ll ship the correct item immediately

Change of Mind:
We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days.

Order Cancellations:
We process orders quickly. To cancel:

  1. Contact us immediately

  2. While we can’t guarantee cancellation, you may return the order after receipt

Refund Processing:
All refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned product. Processing may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account.
